Annette F. Cash - Attorney-at-Law, Certified Human Resources Consultant 

Annette is an HR Professional with 18 plus years of experience.  As an HR Leader, she worked closely with Boards of Directors and Presidents to create strategic and transformational change.  Throughout her career she served as an HR Generalist in private, public sector, and global organizations.  She was directly responsible for key HR functional areas including Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Training and Development. 

Her academic background includes a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester, Manchester, England.  She is also an internationally certified HR professional (PHR).  She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with distinction) from the University of The Bahamas.  She successfully completed Bar School at the Eugene Dupuch Law School and was called to the Bahamas Bar in October 2023.  As an Attorney-at-Law, she completed pupillage at the leading employment law firm in the country.  While there, she worked with some of the largest unions in the country and assisted with industrial agreements.  As part of her training, she participated in case preparation for employment law matters.  she also had the opportunity to appear with Lead Counsel before our highest court, the Court of Appeal.  

Darron B. Cash - Attorney-at-Law, Certified Public Account (CPA), Chartered Accountant

He brings leadership and executive experience that spans more than twenty-five years. Since inception, DCA has been focused on helping business owners and executives develop business cases and strategies to help their companies take advantage of new opportunities. 

Prior to establishing his own practice, Darron served as Chief Financial Officer of FirstCaribbean International Bank (FCIB), and prior to joining FCIB, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Doctors Hospital Health System (DHHS). Before joining DHHS, Darron spent ten years in public accounting with Ernst & Young in Nassau, and KPMG in Nassau and New York City.

Darron has held leadership roles in a broad range of business and civic organizations.  He is a former Chairman of the Board of The Bahamas Development Bank, a past Director of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accounts (BICA), and a Past Director and Treasurer of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce.

At FCIB Darron worked as a Bahamas Executive Lead with Booz Allen Hamilton in the development of the Bank’s 5-year strategic plan, and at DHHS was Executive Sponsor for the Health System’s implementation of a multi-million, entity wide healthcare information management system.
